Carefully spray with a mix of bleach and water. I would try half and half first. If that doesn't do it, try bleach at full strength. If you use a spray bottle, either use all of it or dump it into your toilet when done because the bleach will eventually ruin the spray bottle! I use a little bit of bleach in my dish water when I've worked with chicken or any kind of meat, and I bleach in my toilet regularly to get rid of stains too. But again, be very careful not to spray near your eyes, and if you get any on your hands, be sure to wash them right away. Hope this helps.

hydengen peroxide will kill mold or mildew. It is the only thing that will do this. If it is you caulking just replace it.
