I simple home mix that I use in my tub to get out rust and stain from cooper pipes and well water is a mixture of white vineager and baking soda. First I take and pour vineager or spray don't dilute, and sprinkle baking soda on the stains, than I take either cloths, or paper towels and cover them with vinager and a coat of baking soda and place all over the stains, laying them flat. Lastly I spray the cloths with more vinager. Leave in plavce for 30 minutes. Come back and do a little scrub with the cloth and stain is gone. This can also be done in toilets, for that hard water ring. It has worked everytime I tried it, which is about once a year. Buy your vinager by the 1/2 gallon at the grocery store to save money. Can also get baking soda by the 8lbs size at Walmart for another $7 dollars. :-)

That almost looks like glue bleeding through. If it is, I don't think any cleaning will correct it. I've used rustoleum tub&tile. It's very tricky to use, but once applied it is durable

Toothpaste. Just smear it on, leave it to work, use a scourer sponge and scrub a bit, then rinse off. I know, it sounds ridiculous, but toothpaste is a very good shower cleaner! I also use it to remove stubborn marks off my grandchildren's plastic table, it can be used for just about everything - sailors use it to clean their white hats!!
