1 cup of baking soda forced down the drain. I keep agitating it w a spoon till it all goes down then 1 cup of white vinegar down the drain. It will foam up. Cover drain w plastic or stopper and let it sit 10 min. Then flush drain w hot water. Works great. I do it once a month.

Buy a plastic "snake" from the hardware store (less than $5). insert it into the drain as far as you can go, move it around and then pull up. This will collect a lot of the hair that is clogging your drain. Repeat until the drain runs freely.
Use a "hair hat" in the shower---it fits over the drain and catches all the hair, or most of it. They cost less than $3.00 at the big box stores. Then do the baking soda treatment.
