I use jet dry for dishwashers spotting add a small amount to water spray on and wipe off with coffee filters this gets lint and streaks. Clean with dish detergent and warm water before using jet-dry

Ugh, that's so frustrating. We use rubbing alcohol and newspaper. No paper towels-they are either coated or have chemicals in them to increase absorbency but leave streaks & smudges
