Go to Walmart and get zip covers for them. There isn't really any good way to clean mattresses. Everything will leave spots so just cover after you debugged and lysoled them. If it were summer I'd say put outside int the sunshine/ hot sun. But winter is now upon us and it won't get hot enough.

We have a small portable steam cleaner that would work well - ours is from Bissell. Afterwards, put a fan on it.

You can't really clean them. There are dust mites and all sorts of dead skin cells and secretions in/on mattresses. Do yourself a favor and buy new.

you can spray with a 10% water vinegar mix lightly, drying between several turns but if you have to use this mattress you HAVE to get a dust proof bed bug proof zippered cover (like a bag with a zipper) old mattresses can be a bio- hazzard good luck
