Kitchen cabinets have water stains where finish has lightened

Is there an easy way of bring back the stain to look new?

    There are stick pens with stain that I use on cat scratches. Then just use lemon oil to protect and brighten all your cabinrts. Just give the stain time to dry first or you will,wipe it all back off.

    Might need to lightly sand the icky areas and get new stain / poly to go over entire piece, blending

    Just rub mayonnaise on them, let sit for 30 minutes to an hour, then buff with white cloth. It removes waster stains, shallow scratches and brings moisture and shine back to the wood. My grandmother used to do this on all her wood furniture.

    Try rubbing with a shelled walnut meat. Works on furniture scratches also.

    equal parts of olive oil and vinegar works well

    Danish Oil Finish in whatever color stain closest matches your cupboards, or Howards Restror-a-finish - both will work and available at ACE.

    After rubbing in mayo on the left. 30 year old water marks and dried out wood on the right. Quite amazing!
