    Because of your finish, don't use anything abrasive. Apply undiluted dish detergent like Dawn directly to a soft cloth or even your finger. Gently rub the oil residue and the detergent will start to break it down. Wipe the loosened residue away with another cloth or gently scrape with a rounded edge pot scraper. You may need to repeat this process, but it will eventually get them clean without harming the finish. If these are cabinets directly over or near your stove, the finish may already be damaged or worn away under the oil.
