I use a half and half of water and clorox. Let sit and rinse.
I would say a scrub brush, with warm water, with Vinegar and Liquid soap. This would be your answer. Good Luck, J.
I use mean green cleaner in a pump up sprayer, waited for it to work on a cloudy day. Then used a scrub brush on a long pole for those tough spots and finally a power washer to rinse.
This also depends on the side of the house, that is moldy, for this is the direction of the house, where the rain comes most of the time. You can use a high pressure hose, and this will help you a lot. Usually this is done in the spring, and fall. You will truly feel so much better, about your home, when this is done.
