How do you clean plastic patio chairs?

For mildew wash them with a clorox and water mixture. If they are just dirty use a spray cleaner as 409 and scrub with a brush. If they are still stained you can spray paint them with Rustoleum for plastic.

We use awesome cleaner and a Mr. clean eraser. The cleaner is available at the dollar giant. It is the orange one.

Depending on how dirty they look, I start with a mixture I make of 1 cup of the real powdered Oxyclean to 1 gal of hot water. It should sizzle & foam a little. I apply it with a rag to sections at a time allowing it to set about 30 mins. on each spot in the sun. Then & take a rough foam house whole sponge to it briskly in circles before rinsing & moving on to another area. This takes an afternoon but it does the job & you only have to do this once a year to have like new white chairs.
