Use olive oil on the ends only wrap head with hot towel. Mayo also works wonders. Plus you can cover your whole head with it. Use hot towel here too. Advantage it washes out better than olive oil but if this a disaster they both work. Years ago I worked in a famous salon in CA. Hope this helps ...do it for as many days in a row as possible.
Mashed up avocado with a little peppermint oil is one that my daughter uses. She shampoos, rubs the avocado in, then lets sit for 10 to 15 minutes then a thorough rinse. I have heard also of mayonnaise, coconut oil and grapeseed oil.
