My house holds cooking odors for days. What can I do?
This a 2 story home. I should not have to use air freshener continuously.

Do you use the exhaust fan over your stove/oven when cooking? Maybe crack a few windows open when cooking. -

do you not have a kitchen exhaust fan? if you can install one that would be my first choice -- or run just the 'FAN' on your HVAC unit -- it will bring in 'fresh' air and remove house air ...
