How can we decorate slab doors?
We recently bought a house in sunny Florida but the bedroom and bathroom doors are all "slab doors" What is the best way to add panels or "dress" up these doors? One of the doors is curved at the top. Thank you in advance for your help.

Narrow trim secured to the doors with glue (dabs of something like Liquid Nails) would create "panels". If you want to paint the doors, paint them with a base color then tape off square or rectangular sections before painting with a different shade of the same color would be ideal, especially for the curved door. Hi Ruth, here's a video from a pro! It shows you how to go about it but you can chose a different design and remember you can make a surface look entirely different with different paint applications if you don't have access to saws and tools. Have fun!
