Christmas decorations ideas for old christmas balls

Question

I have several old christmas balls that was my great grandmother. I don't like hanging on tree for they may get broke. Do you have any ideas on how to turn into a beautiful decorations Christmas or not. I just would like save what I do have left

You can display them on a pillar candleholder or make DIY stand by attaching a  plate on top of a crystal candleholder with E6000 glue. You can get the plate and candleholder at the dollar store

I received a flower arrangement in a beautiful glass jar with a lid for it.  After the flowers were gone I kept the jar and filled it with a collection of antique German glass ornaments.  I've used it for several years now.

I like the glass vase, or if you would like something for a wall, fill a shadow box or place the balls on a wreath.  Have fun with it!

You could also hang the ornaments at different lengths in front of a window. You can use fishing line or  ribbon.

I bought a 28' metal tree with stiff wire-like branches on which I hang fragile, delicate and antique ornaments. Much safer. At Easter I hang eggs and miniature Easter ornaments.
