How to Change color of existing stained glass?
I'm buying an old house with three existing stained glass windows, but I'm not in love with their color scheme. Is there a product I can paint over some of the colors to modify the look? Please also let me know how to clean stained glass? Thank you

you can try using stained glass paint from Michaels. But I wouldn't mess with a real stained glass window. Why not pick a complimentary color to compliment the existing window colors?
painting your stained glass will ruin the value of the window. If you truly can't live with the color call a local stained glass artist and have new windows made.
I was thinking that if I used paint, it would be water soluble so as not to permanently "ruin" them. These are the windows in question, and the lime green is putting a wrench into my paint scheme. I also have the idea to use colored or frosted window cling that I can cut to size. I just want to tone down the green.
These are beautiful windows. I don't think you should try to alter them yourself. What if something goes south and you don't like what you're left with? I think you should, at the very least, speak to a pro. Find a local stained glass pro near you. Send him these pics and see what he thinks.
Try using gallery glass. If you don't like it, you can just scrape it off with a piece of firm plastic.
