I just ordered heavy vinyl wallpaper that looks like subway tile from Steve's blinds and wallpaper. Not expensive, washable and a great company.

Sorry, they have a Lot of really cute papers, you could coordinate with your colors. I also have 2 rolls i bought for $10.00. Beautiful design and wallpaper is heavier. Going to do the top and Inside the drawers of a dresser.

    Hi Newgirlintown,

I agree with Huntress that wallpaper would be easier to use. Just be sure it's vinyl and removable so that you can take it down when you want to change the look. I've used wallpaper inside my drawers for years. I don't even paste it down. I just cut it to size, lay it the drawer and use it. Sometimes it curls a bit in the beginning so I just take extra caution when putting things away and try to put heavier items on the sides where it's curling. Eventually it will flatten.
