Gold, shiny metallic, maybe plastic, but the base has worn away in a few spots, can't paint it. Any ideas on a material to use?

Janet's idea of Rust-Oleum is a great one. I have used the all-in-one with a trigger sprayer in metallic several times and it works great. It doesn't ever seem to run. And they have several different metallic finishes.Helpful Reply -

What is you remove the frame and add a small tile border around it. They make peel and stick back splashes you can easily cut and just adhere to the mirror.Helpful Reply -
