Alzheimers is hard, even if you put up signs, he will read them, but possibly not comprehend them and do what they say. I have gone through this with 3 family members. Be extremely patient. They are in there, they just can't get it out. Do everything you can to work with a local hospital and social worker to bring in help when needed. I would just run them off on regular computer paper in the largest font possible, then laminate them for easy wipe down. Get as much family and friend support as you possibly can.
I too have dealt with parents with Alzheimer's. I found picture signs worked best, because the words had no context for them. I found the pictures through Pinterest, then printed off on paper. I found clear plastic sleeves at my local dollar store & simply taped to the wall, but you could also buy cheap frames & hang where needed. Don't forget to take care of the caregiver! ❤️
