How do you put a frame around the mirror cabinet in the bathroom?

have a frame made to the measurements with the molding depth of the mirror.glue it on. Paint first. -

I used PVC molding put onto the mirror with velcro for an inexpensive fix. I bought wooden rosette blocks for the corners of the frame so I could cut the moldings at 90 degrees instead of having to mitre cut them.
