Hi Susan! Mod podge it's a decoupage medium — an all-in-one glue, sealer and finish used to attach paper and fabric to various surfaces. There are some really awesome projects here on Hometalk using it. Check it out- https://www.hometalk.com/search/posts?filter=mod%20podge
It's a clear adhesive/sealer, that you paint on. It's sticky when first put on and then dries clear and hard.
You can also make your own Mod Podge. Method 1 Making Glue-Based Mod Podge
You can buy it in Hobbycraft. There's different kinds. I bought mine to decopatch with.
Hi Susan its a type of paste like a PVA for decoupage you can buy it from The Range as well as craft shops I use PVA as it works just the same and dries clear and is cheaper! also creates a shine and toughness when applied to other projects such as papier mache models etc
