Your question isn't clear, but if the mirrors is already on three bathroom wall.then get trim cut to size and glue it to the mirror -

If you take a piece of glass the size you need they do have special paint to put on one side to make a mirror. It depends on the cost of the glass and paint vs the cost of the mirror in the store. Or look at yard sales to see if they might have something that might work. Or surplus home supplies that have taken things from remodeling homes.
