You can soak it in super hot water and then hang it to dry. It will revive it some, but they are treated with the cinnamon scent, so you’re not going to get that strong of a scent back unless you put some cinnamon scented essential oil on it. The hot water trick revives Eucalyptus also.

Bur cinnamon oil..apply thoroughly..put broom in tightly closed plastic bag so air can't enter.Let the fibers absorb the oil for a week or two. Should b good for awhile..may need to repeat.

Cinnamon oil from a store such as Michael's, JoAnne's or Hobby Lobby will rejuvenate your cinnamon broom. Jusst add a few drops every so often to make it smell great.
