What kind of paint can I use on a vinyl shower curtain?

I have a clear vinyl shower curtain that I would like to trace a garden scene on. Would paint pens work and withstand water? Any suggestions?

Yes! Paint pens are perfect for this! Great idea 😀
So long as you do it on the dry side, you should be fine. Be sure to let it dry completely before use to prevent sticking and peeling, which it may still do anyway.
