there is a great glue you can get at a craft store. It is called “Glass Bond”
I love the Gorilla gel glue and it works well for many surfaces. Very similar to Super Glue but not as runny and messy.
You can try several things...that glue used to join PVC pipe would be a great fix...but the chances of getting the glue only on what you want to glue and it not spilling into places that will ruin the phone are very small.
Best suggestion is to purchase another phone! There are some with less features that are not so expensive!
gorilla glue is my go to glue!
Liquid super glue should do the job. Do not use the gel. Gel super glue for porous surfaces and liquid for non porous.
E6000 works great
I was told by a repair tech that E7000 is best for phone repair.
I agree with the E6000.
Another vote for E6000.
Hi Sandi: Here's a site that tells all about the different types of glue. Give it a peek and see what is best for your project:

Hi Sandi, hope this helps you out. You can use JB plastic weld, or E6000, both work great!
