Would suspenders work to keep a couch cover in place on a couch?

It keeps slipping off and I was thinking use suspenders under the couch to hold the cover in place.

I've never tried suspenders on a couch before, but I think it's a creative idea and worth giving it a try! -

Have you tried those elastic things that you use to hold a fitted sheet to the mattress? I used them & they worked great ... they were hidden from sight by the couch frame so I was able to move the couch so the back was visible from the hallway. -

There are twist pins that are used for slipcovers. You can get them at the fabric store or JoAnn's, etc. They work really well and won't damage your fabric.![]()
