I would like to use doors (new and old) as a fence

I would like to use doors (new and old) as a fence in my backyard paint them different colors and just join them together to make a fence what would be the best way to Anchor them to the ground also I live in Oregon will be the best way to waterproof all the doors.

    use a post hike digger to plant poles into the ground. Attach the doors to the poles. unless the wood is pressure treated it will eventually rot. Doors are no pressure treated. You could apply a poly eurathane to them. That would help for a while.

    Use marine polyurethane. That will hold up the best, but will need to be reapplied just like paint would, no finish lasts forever outside. If it lasts a good long time on the wood in boats, it should last on doors. My outside back steps were coated with this and it has been two years of constant use by us humans and our four dogs (have a doggy door) and still are just like new in the northern weather extremes we get.

    Probably the same way other fences are set up, by using anchor posts and using horizontal supports across the sections of fence and/or doors to keep them secure. The best paint would be an exterior enamel.
