I know some people who out ties on the backs of their outdoor pillows. Velcro might work too. We get such strong winds here I am not sure either would work - I keep my pillows inside when not in use, which also protects them from the sun. One other suggestion is I had friends who used one of those outdoor wicker storage trunks as a coffee table and they kept their chair cushions in it when they went inside.
