what color is the house?
what color is your house and trim? you could go one shade darker or lighter on the door or go to a local Home Depot or paint store with a photo of your door and see if they can help you out -
I think a bronze could be fabulous, and go with almost any house color. You could paint the mailbox too. Actually, they’re making many accessories now in a bronze tone.

Every paint manufacturer has their own version. the darker tones would be very rich with the Amber glass.
Think about painting the amber glass in the door. If you use blue glass paint you would get a green hue after painting it. If red the results would be an orange hue. Just remember what colors become when mixed together. Purple would turn it brown. Then paint the door to match or contrast with the glass.
Thanks for the ideas, I went with Nocturne Blue. The trim is a dark gray. I'll let you know how it turns out. It's 102 today to hot to paint only 98 tomorrow . Thanks Michelle
