It's a shiny add on snap button on a leather vest that has already tarnished snap on buttons and want it to blend in better even tho they don't match precisley

I would paint them black and than let dry a little and then rub and you might
you can use a stain. Put some on let it set for a minute or so and wipe off and repeat u til desired tarnished look is achieved. Then spray with a clear craft sealer. You can pick the cealer up at walmart very inexpensively.
