Neutral colors mixed with a salmon might work.
Navy blue with white trim and linens will keep your eyes away from the green.
Tan and red would also be funky.
Always go with a complementary color! Pink or red would really punch up the space!
I would just have it professionally redone. In my area that only costs $200 and it is a lot less than replacing the tub!
Plum works great with olive. Also dusty rose and creamy white. Another interesting combo is teal and olive - sounds weird but it works!
You can paint the tiles.
On the colour wheel, dark purple (red violet) is the complementary colour to olive green (yellow green).
This color would work beautifully with the olive green
You said complementary color yet you said you don't care for the green. If you use a complementary color it emphasize the green. Think of Christmas colors of green and red. Each makes the other stand out. Oddly, adding another greenish (someone mentioned teal) color will play down the green whereas the complementary (purple or brick) will only make the green more obvious. If the tub is the only green cover with a large to the floor outer shower curtain.
Purple is the best
olive and purple are in my bedroom
Find a matching paint sample at a paint store and look at shades of charcoal Blues or gray Blues. You might be able to change the actual look of the olive by complimenting it with a shade of blue that has gray accent in it. And I would go dark and then use a lighter shade of that same color. And just add a black or grey accent light-- paint your light black or grey and use bright bulbs. Then you could have pops of color like bright pink towels or patterned accents. Attached is a close-up of my shower curtain that I got at T.J.Maxx.
Pick a shower curtain or wallpaper you love with the olive in it. Choose complementary colours from it. You could use a neutral colour for the walls, and the more bold colours for towels, if you don't want too dark a wall shade.
Here is an answer I provided on another similar post a couple of years ago:

A beautiful pale aqua will be lovely with the green. Think of ocean (aqua) and grass (green) --nature colors that work beautifully together. Then add crisp white towels and antique gold or brass accessories.
