there are additives that can be put into any paint. Home Depot still shows it on their website.
Lots of additives for this and also texture rollers. I can’t say as I’ve ever seen “textured paint”.
Hello. I just add a sand like additive to primer for a texture. You can find it at home improvement stores.
Got this one from a pro. He added latex paint and some white sand (tell people it's crushed seashells) to drywall joint compound until he got the texture he wanted. Takes a little practice to get the mix right but it is simple and cheap.
