Hello are you thinking if doing a faux stained glass?
The links below will detail tell the ratio and instructions to achieve faux stained glass projects. I have not personally done this project. I have used a commercial leading in the past that must look pretty similar.

How to make the leading
Take the bottle of white glue and dump just a small bit out so that there is room to add color to it. Add about a teaspoon of black acrylic paint and stir it with a wooden dowel. Add enough black paint to make a solid color. You will be surprised, but it doesn’t take a ton of paint to change your white glue to black. Then put the glue nozzle back on. The glue is now ready for the next step.

It is super easy to paint with Dixie Belle.
Step one: Clean with White Lightning
Step two: Apply two coats of Slick Stick
Step three: Paint one to two coats of Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint
Step four (optional): Use any of our clear coats or waxes for extra protection or a different style finish
No sanding required!
