Hi Mountain Barb,First you need to get Stripper by Behr or other stain stripper that is safe for vinyl sidingSpray the cleaner onto the stained areas and allow it to set for 20-30 minutes.Use a sponge or cloth to scrub the stain away.Repeat until the stain is removed.Rinse the area thoroughly with clean water.~Hope this helps~ -

Id try a citrus based paint remover, try a small spot and make sure it doesnt damage the vinyl.
