First you need to get Stripper by Behr or other stain stripper that is safe for vinyl siding
Spray the cleaner onto the stained areas and allow it to set for 20-30 minutes.
Use a sponge or cloth to scrub the stain away.
Repeat until the stain is removed.
Rinse the area thoroughly with clean water.

Does the Urethane product labeling have a contact help line?
Goof off should do it.
Id try a citrus based paint remover, try a small spot and make sure it doesnt damage the vinyl.
