Oil primer?
I was told to use oil kiltz over wallpaper before painting. I tried one wall next day paper came off so I took wallpaper off can I use the latex kiltz now?
Suggested Project Book
First wash walls down with TSP then you can prime with Kilz. Hint if you are painting a dark color you have the primer tinted to almost the color of your paint selection. Have fun.

Be sure all of the glue from the wallpaper is off first
