Alan on Jun 30, 2016The chances of removing the Epoxy are zero, unless there is a moisture content coming from under it causing the Epoxy to delaminate which would be evident by now with paint failure, it looks as though you will have to cover it with something like previously advised but not with concrete, that will fail unless it is about 5 inches thick.Helpful Reply
