Remove epoxy paint from concrete floor

What is the best way to remove a garage floor covered in epoxy paint?

    You can't really. Cover it with whatever is appropriate for the use of the space. Carpet, linoleum, ceramic tile, hardwood, anything.

    The chances of removing the Epoxy are zero, unless there is a moisture content coming from under it causing the Epoxy to delaminate which would be evident by now with paint failure, it looks as though you will have to cover it with something like previously advised but not with concrete, that will fail unless it is about 5 inches thick.

      Very wise decision, but check out what will stick to it for the first coat, you may have to put on a special Sealer/Primer to key into the Epoxy coating, depending on what type of Epoxy it is, the cured surface of most Epoxy's is extremely hard and durable, there are many products that you will be able to source, just don't try and short cut the process because of cost, because if you do you will rue the day, good luck
