How do I paint walls to make them look like old wood?

I want to change the master bath to look like an old out house. Paint the walls to look like old wood.I plan on making the cabinet doors out of palet wood. But instead changing the cabinet frame, I will do either paint it to look like the walls. I plan in finding old looking lighting, or making them. Which I have done in the dining room & kitchen. I turned an old wash bucket into my dining room light. In the kitchen, I took 3 old egg baskets, added light fixtures & painted them to look like old rusted metal. So, making light fixtures is possible for me. I just need to know how to do the walls.

There is a tool out there that can be used while paint is wet that will give a wooden look.
