Chalk paint on glass?

Sooz on May 11, 2015i wouldn't personally suggest an outdoor application would prove successful in the long term. Even with exterior flat latex. Many coats of protective sealant would, in my opinion, ruin the subtle effect of the milk technique. My opinion only.Helpful Reply

Stephanie Fudge on May 11, 2015Is it clear glass, could you paint it from the underside in a bold bright color and then poly it?Helpful Reply

Teri Broberg on May 11, 2015I did what Stephanie suggested with mine. I painted the underside. There is no need for poly if it doesn't get wet. Once chalk paint cures (a couple weeks?) it won't even matter if it gets wet. I paint a lot of outdoor things with it.Helpful Reply
