How do I use two paint colors simultaneously?

I’m preparing my bathroom for a new look. I want to use white, with an antique pink with brass. However, my tub, sink and commode are beige. Looking for ideas to blend the white and beige.

Carol: White and beige DO go together! ...However, you could get some towels that have both white and beige in them... to tie it together more. ...same with maybe some artwork! (Look at Marshalls or Home Goods for great deals!)

  • Hi Carol,

you can bring in accessories that have white, pink and beige in them. For example, your shower curtain, towels, and rug. If you want a DIY project, you could stencil a pattern on your walls or floor with those colors.

Thanks for your help, I do believe this will work! I had not thought of the stencils. Thanks again

    Hi Carol!

I think your color choices will work beautifully with beige. I had a bathroom with The sink toilet and bathtub in an old color popular in the 80s termed “mauve” (a pinkish beige).

I would use as much white as possible… Paint, shower curtain, rugs, towels.

I would use the pink and brass sparingly as subtle accents. Things like a vase or flowers, soaps, guest towels, that type of thing.

Best of luck, sounds like it will be beautiful!

I will try. It may be awhile, I’m doing this as time permits. Thanks!
