you would first need to make sure they are moisture proof, and from what i understand, whitewashing does not last as long as painting, but that might just be an outdoor issue
I'm addressing 2 inside walls that are interior only in a condo development. .the other side are inside as well ..neighbors. They are poured concrete walls..but are rough in appearance but no moisture exists..
That is a good thing! I don't know that there are any real cons to whitewashing an indoor wall, except maybe it would show more wear if it needed to be cleaned.
