My favorite is coral, but any shade of red to orange, even yellow, would work.

Hello! It is more complicated than that. There are cool grays and warm grays. I will assume your gray is cool since you are pairing it with cool blue. Therefore, If you look at the color wheel, youโll see that the colors opposite the blues and grays are the oranges and yellows. Oranges and yellows are warm colors and you want balance in your home to offset the cool grays and blues. Designers often choose the opposing, or complementary colors as their accent colors. Good luck.
there are several color that contrast with gray and blue. Chartreuse is a fav as it is nice and bright- yet has coloration from nature. Fuschia and intense Bordeaux tones can work as can saturated tangerine. I don't think you can go wrong with any of these, but I am a big fan of accent and contrast!
If you want to play it a little safer, stay with a blue palate that keeps it more monochromatic.
Pick an accent color and use it for pots and landscape plants and other painted areas. Consider yiur outside areas that need color during winter and also how you choice will be in summer. It's great that you are putting some thought into this as color added a lot of interest to the overall design of a landscape.
Light Yellow, Robins Egg, Maroon.
A variation of salmon/orange plus white. The color orange is the complement to blue on the color wheel so any tone/shade of it would add a pop of color and look rich and upscale.
