Rustoleum Top Side paint is the best to use, as they use this on boats so you know water won't hurt it! Hope this helps and I'd love to see your sink when you do it :)
you have to use an acrylic base coat before you can paint the sink choose a marine grade or boat paint for the finish as a normal primer will not stick to fibreglass because it is to slick
