Yes, you should be able to, but always read the primer/zinser label to make sure you can apply it on your type of cabinet. -

Yes you can! Sounds like you are on the right track. Make sure you clean the cabinets well first with TSP. It will help remove any grease and assist with Zinsser adhering to the cabinets. You can get it in any paint department. -

SURE can! Clean and lightly sand the cabinets to remove any shine. Prime and paint. -
