Can I paint my popcorn ceiling?
I have been painting my walls and notice that my ceiling looks yellowish. Can I paint this ceiling as well? I'm up for any ideas
since it already white. Just use sandpaper to rough up the edges. I like to drybrush black paint on my piece then drybrush white over it to create a worn look. Be sure to seal after the paint dries

I agree with Ann, just use a little sand paper to rough up the edges, and seal afterward. :)
