What is a china floor?
Do you mean porcelain tile? Clean it VERY well with TSP, including the grout, then prime it with Gripper which you can get at any big box store (if you are in the US).
Make sure to tell the paint store person that you want floor paint. It can be mixed in any color you want. If he says you can’t paint tile, don’t believe him! I’ve done it twice with great results.
One of the floors I did was a kitchen that had a lot of use and it still looks great after three years. Good luck, you can do it!
