use privacy film
As much as you may hate it- blinds and curtains that block the sun.
Hi Ahu,
You can buy a frosted film that goes on your glass windows at a home store like Lowes, that does an amazing job of giving you more privacy. There is also a frosted glass spray but it must be used in a well-ventilated area and, to me, it would be harder to make the coating even. We've used the frosted film before and it works great. They also have it at Amazon and may have more than one style. Wishing you the best.
Blinds. Because of the odd size window you probably have to get them custom made. This also allows you to decide on color and texture. Shop around for best price. Once blinds are up - you can control the direction and angle of sight from the outside. Especially a view from a higher level. This also allows light to enter the room and you can see outside. Good Luck!
Get some decorative window film, I use the non-adhesive stuff, comes in stained glass pattern, privacy patterns.... https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=decorative+non-adhesive+window+film

Another option is to use privacy film (plain or decorative) that will still allow light and not eyes to enter the window. I purchased several rolls at Home Depot to eliminate prying eyes from looking thru several windows.
One solution might be to put up "shade screens" unless lights are on in the room.... you cannot see in...especially in the day time... we live in AZ and our living room faces due west.... we have the shade screens outside, an exterior shade on the inside and semi-sheer curtains over it all.... light still comes thru.... but the sun and heat stay outside.... and even at night... you cannot see in.
