Is there a way to repaint a stained glass window?

We recently bought a home with stained glass in the lower half of 3 different windows. I like the privacy this gives us. However, the color pink is dominant and I hate pink! Is there a way to paint the pink areas another color? Please also let me know how to clean stained glass before I change the color. Thanks

You can use glass paint from Michaels or Hobby Lobby. -

Yep! Craft glass paint is used for painting glass to look like stained glass.
