I recommend going to Angie's List, Home Adviser or something similar to find the repairman you are looking for. Companies like this do background checks and provide customer reviews. We have used this method a couple times and have been very happy with result. I hope this helps you. Happy Holidays. -

Not sure what yours is doing but unless it has a serious problem make sure it is perfectly level all the way around. If it is off it wont keep time well -

im in agreemen re the leveling. The weights do need to be level for the correct time. Do not touch the brass with your bare hands...the oils on your hands will start the brass to corrode. Wear gloves when handeling the brass parts.
