look on the internet for a solution. you will need the washer number but id and saved myself the cost of a repairman. good luck
I googled it, because my front loader manual has a set of buttons to push and hold to clear things. Mine is not a Fridgidare so I don't know the specifics. One site suggested the old un plug and plug back in, like a computer.
If you still have the manual, the answer may be there (probably under troubleshooting).
