
I have a broken tube pan for pound cake- any fixes?

Seems like your pan has a tiny hole in the bottom. You will probably have to buy a new pan.Helpful Reply -

It sounds like you are using a tube pan with a removable bottom. I have one like that and I always have to use hd foil on the outside. Butter and flour your pan with both pieces together that will help seal it on the inside and the weight of the batter will help too. I find that once the batter starts to solidify the leak stops.Helpful Reply -
