I used too abrasive a cleaner on my see through dryer door

Now my new expensive washer door has a blurry looking area that isn't smooth. What can I do to fix it??

    This might be a shot in the dark,however try rubbing plain toothpaste with a soft cloth. Try a very small spot first.

    Thooth paste should work. Dampen the cloth. May take a few applications. If its really bad, you can use an automotive polishing compound. A little more abrasive than tooth paste.

    I use clear coat polishing compound to to clear my foggy headlight covers on my car. the polishing compound is used to take minor scratches out of the clear coat which is now sprayed over car paint to preserve it.

    I guess the "glass" is really plastic. I frame my artwork with plexiglass and have a polishing kit from the shop where I have the plexi cut. I'm sure you could get a kit online. There are 3 grades of polish to work scratches out. That might work.

    Toothpaste helped a little- I will have to buy automotive polish or plexiglass polish....

    I agree, I would try the foggy headlight cover restore on it and see if that does the trick.
