How do I fix a ceiling that has puckered from a leak?
A vent in my roof was not sealed properly and it caused water to get into Sheetrock in bathroom and it puckered. Vent has been redone and sealed properly but now I’m left with puckered ceiling. Any tips on how to repair drywall ceiling or sheetrock ceiling?

The only thing you can do is replace the sheetrock. I would go a little further than the damage shows so that you make sure to get all the bad sheetrock that was wet and may get weak down the line. Make sure the wood is good and isn't having problems with mold/mildew from being wet. It could cause problems in the future with your health if it isn't stopped. Make sure the wood is all dry before putting up new sheetrock so that mold/mildew won't form.
if you have home owners insurance, it might be covered in your policy. many times they have a list of contractors they work with.
Cutting out the damaged area and replacing with new sheetrock is the best way to do the job. Here's a short video to show you how.
